Sarah Michelle Gellar Announces ‘Buffy the Vampire Slayer: New Sunnydale’ Is Over

Hulu has cancelled Buffy the Vampire Slayer: New Sunnydale before it even aired.

Rather than a reboot, New Sunnydale would have been a continuation of the original Buffy series that ended 25 years ago. The plot would have followed Buffy Summers as she trains a new vampire slayer.
