Gaurs Group pre-sales lift 12% to Rs 5,347 crore on housing demand boom

Realty firm Gaurs Group reported a 12% increase in sales bookings, reaching Rs 5,347 crore in the first nine months of the fiscal year. Strong demand for residential and commercial properties fueled this growth. The company sold approximately 5.92 million square feet across 2,578 units. Residential properties constituted nearly 95% of total bookings.
