Accenture hiring more entry-level jobs globally: CEO Julie Sweet

In the background of fears of AI eliminating entry-level jobs, the CEO argued that college graduates may actually be better positioned for AI-driven workplaces, as they are already exposed to the technology and so bring with them AI-readiness. The CEO said that at Accenture, instead of eliminating roles, they are being redesigned by removing tasks likely to be automated and emphasising skills that remain human-driven.
