Uber founder Travis Kalanick rebrands existing venture to Atoms with focus on robotics

Kalanick announced the move in an interview on the TBPN podcast. During these eight years, he raised hundreds of millions, including $400 million from Saudi Arabia’s PIF, for CloudKitchens and worked on the idea of delivering prepared meals so efficiently that costs approach those of grocery shopping.
