Georgia prosecutor drops vehicular homicide charge against teen after family of teacher killed in prank urges authorities to show mercy

A vehicular homicide charge against Jayden Ryan Wallace, 18, has been dropped. This follows the tragic death of high school teacher Jason Hughes during a late-night prank.
