Sagar Defence to build autonomous naval tech shipyard in Andhra Pradesh for next-gen unmanned platforms

Sagar Defence Engineering has begun work on India's first Autonomous Maritime Shipbuilding and Systems Centre in Andhra Pradesh. This facility will develop advanced unmanned maritime platforms. It will also integrate smart manufacturing and digital twin systems. The centre aims to boost India's maritime manufacturing and security capabilities. It will also support smart fishing fleet networks.
