Judge upholds disqualification of acting U.S. attorney Sarcone in New York

U.S. District Judge Lorna Schofield denied the federal government's request to pause a ruling that disqualified acting federal prosecutor John Sarcone III and blocked his subpoenas against New York Attorney General Letitia James, ruling that Sarcone had no legal authority to serve as acting U.S. attorney for the Northern District of New York.
