Police investigate shooting at Limassol café

Police are investigating a shooting incident targeting a café in Limassol, which was reported on Wednesday night.

According to police, members of the Limassol criminal investigation department (CID) went to a specific premises after receiving information and discovered what appeared to be bullet holes caused by firearm shots.

The scene was placed under guard and further examinations carried out on Thursday confirmed two holes in the café’s windows that were caused by gunfire.
