Pakistani Artillery Attacks Kill Civilians in Khost and Kunar, Reports

Officials in Kabul say artillery attacks by Pakistani forces in eastern Afghanistan’s Khost province have killed four members of a single family, including two children. The incident underscores rising cross-border tensions and the vulnerability of civilians in conflict zones.

Hamdullah Fetrat, deputy spokesperson for the Taliban, said on Thursday, that Pakistani soldiers targeted the Ali sher-Tarizayi district with sustained shelling, resulting in significant civilian casualties and destruction to local homes.
