2 Bihar men arrested for chain-snatching

Puri police apprehended two men from Bihar, Monu Singh and Deepak Kumar Singh, for snatching gold chains from pedestrians on March 10. The duo, who arrived from Delhi, used a motorcycle with a fake Odisha registration number. Authorities recovered stolen chains and other items, suspecting their involvement in similar crimes across states.
