Over 1 lakh pension grievances filed online last year: Govt

In the past year, more than 100,000 pension-related issues were logged on the CPENGRAMS platform. The Ministry of Defence, along with the Department of Financial Services and the Ministry of Railways, topped the list for the most complaints. Thanks to regular meetings and awareness campaigns, the average resolution time has now plummeted to just 19 days.
