LPG shortage: You may have to carry your food on trains as Railway catering may be suspended due to gas cylinder crisis

LPG shortage: Amid nationwide LPG shortage in India, Indian Railways is considering suspending cooked meal service on trains. The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has also asked its vendors to change their cooking methods like microwaves and induction, as liquefied natural gas (LNG) and LPG shortages stemming from the West Asia conflict.
