Ahead of Tottenham Hotspur’s Champions League showdown with Atletico Madrid, a Madrid-based publication has not been too kind in their assessment of a Spurs man.

Spurs travel to the Metropolitano Stadium, the stage of their Champions League final 2019 heartbreak, for the first time since the 2-0 loss to Liverpool.

However, it is fair to say that the club have half a mind on their current predicament in the Premier League, with the Lilywhites still far from assured of their place in the competition next term.
