WNBA and players’ union to meet as CBA deadline nears to get season started on time, AP source says
NEW YORK (AP) — The WNBA and the players’ union are set to meet Tuesday to continue discussions on reaching a new collective bargaining agreement as a deadline to get the season started on time is at hand, a person familiar with the negotiations told The Associated Press.
The person spoke on condition of anonymity because of the sensitive nature of the negotiations.
