Authorities to monitor RWA functioning in Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad after several complaints

Authorities in the National Capital Region are stepping in to oversee elections for Residents’ Welfare Associations and Apartment Owners’ Associations. This action follows numerous complaints about governing bodies overstaying their mandated terms. The deputy registrar’s department will now directly supervise polls in societies where elections have been delayed for years.
