12th Manipur Legislative Assembly resumes

Manipur Assembly's seventh session resumed with six Kuki-Zo-Hmar MLAs attending virtually. The session began with obituary speeches for prominent figures, including former PM Manmohan Singh and former Governor La. Ganesan.
