Over 1,200 killed in US-Israel strikes in Iran

The death toll in Iran following airstrikes by the United States and Israel has risen to 1,230 people, according to figures reported Monday by Associated Press citing regional sources.

The report said the expanding conflict has also caused significant casualties elsewhere, including at least 397 people killed in Lebanon during the past week of escalating hostilities.
