Vietnam mulls removing fuel duties as Mideast war hits supplies

Vietnam is considering eliminating fuel import tariffs to combat soaring prices, driven by the US-Israeli conflict with Iran disrupting global oil supplies. The proposed move aims to stabilize the domestic market and secure energy, as gasoline prices in Vietnam have surged 21 percent. This initiative comes amid international crude oil reaching nearly $120 a barrel.
