Christian Bale Reveals He Doesn't 'Watch That Many Movies'

Christian Bale is known for being a talented and award-winning actor, but it might surprise fans to know that he doesn’t watch a ton of films.

The 52-year-old actor is currently starring as Frankenstein’s monster in the Maggie Gyllenhaal-directed movie The Bride!.

He chatted with People at the film’s New York City premiere on Thursday (March 5) and admitted he only knows his co-star Jessie Buckley as “The Bride,” despite the fact she’s been earning significant praise this awards season for her work in Hamnet.
