Trump tells Starmer ‘we’ve won the war, we don’t need you’

U.S. President Donald Trump said late on Saturday that Britain is giving serious thought to sending two aircraft carriers to the Middle East but that he does not need them in the Iran war.

“That’s OK, Prime Minister Starmer, we don’t need them any longer — But we will remember,” he said on Truth Social. “We don’t need people that join Wars after we’ve already won!”

Trumps comments came after the BBC learned that UK aircraft carrier HMS Prince of Wales has been placed on advanced readiness.
