Stephanie Buttermore’s Cause of Death Is Unclear. What Her Last Instagram Post Revealed

Almost two years before her sudden and mysterious death at the age of 36, fitness influencer Stephanie Buttermore took a break from social media. And, in a final Instagram post, which would end up being her last ever, she spoke about a history with "crippling" anxiety.

Getting off of social media cured that, she revealed, explaining that her mental health had improved greatly.

Buttermore was the fiancée of bodybuilder Jeff Nippard. Nippard announced her death in a heartbreaking Instagram post on March 7.
