LA began construction of Chandler Bicycle Connection, three miles of protected bike lanes

Los Angeles City Councilmember Adrin Nazarian led an event at the North Hollywood Metro Station, where construction of the Chandler Bicycle Connection links three miles of bike lanes to existing protected bicycle routes across the San Fernando Valley. Nazarian said, “Protected bike lanes work. They reduce crashes. They slow traffic. They make it clear where everyone belongs on the road.”
