Railway Ministry's app to report sexual harassment to become active on Mar 8

Female railway employees will soon have a new way to report workplace sexual harassment. Starting March 8, International Women's Day, they can use the HRMS application. This new SHINE module aims to make reporting confidential and swift. Complaints can be lodged directly by employees or on behalf of others.
