Clear skies give way to rain and thunderstorms

Friday starts off mainly fine, with clouds forming from noon onwards, bringing rain and possibly isolated thunderstorms.

Winds will be a variable gentle breeze of 3 Beaufort, turning into a southwest to northwest gentle to moderate breeze of 3 to 4 Beaufort in the afternoon, over slight to moderate seas.

Temperatures will reach 19C inland and along the coast, and 9C in the highest mountains.

Skies will clear overnight, except to the north where light showers can be expected.
