Teen caught with weapon after fleeing Albany hit-and-run

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A 17-year-old boy was arrested after police said he was in a hit-and-run and was in possession of a loaded gun. The incident took place around 11:05 a.m. on March 4.
