Britney Spears was arrested on a DUI charge on Wednesday, March 4, and released early Thursday, March 5, according to multiple reports.

According to inmate records reported on by Extra, Spears was handcuffed at 9:28 p.m. in Ventura County, California. The singer was booked at 3:02 a.m. and ultimately released at 6:07 a.m.

Earlier on Wednesday, Spears shared a video on Instagram about a "song representing fragility," but she deactivated her account after the arrest. Spears has also not said anything publicly about her arrest.
