Germany will not send military aid to Cyprus
The German government appeals to all involved parties not to extent the ongoing conflict in the Middle East to Europe, but is currently not planning to provide military support to the island, German government spokesman Stefan Cornelius said on Wednesday.
“The German government is of course in contact with its partners in Cyprus on the matter and shares the warnings issued by other European partners, who urge the parties involved and in particular Iran not to extend this conflict to European soil,” Cornelius said.
