Molly Armanino Is Out for the Season After Freak Accident In Austria

Freeride World Tour (FWT) competitor Molly Armanino (USA) is officially out for the season.

Armanino was injured while skiing in Austria, presumably after the FWT Georgia Pro stop was relocated to Kühtai/Innsbruck, which was ultimately cancelled.

In an Instagram post about her injury, Armanino said that after jumping off a small cliff, she landed and caught a rock buried beneath the snow. The crash broke her two main lower leg bones, the tibia and fibula, but luckily, her knee and ankle seem okay.
