Iran intelligence operatives signalled openness to talks with CIA to end war: Reports

Iran's intelligence ministry has reportedly offered to talk with the US Central Intelligence Agency about ending the war. The offer was made through an unnamed country's spy agency. However, officials in Washington express skepticism about readiness for an "off-ramp". Iran's ambassador to the United Nations in Geneva has ruled out negotiations for now.
