High wind watch affecting 5 Freeway north of LA from Wednesday to Friday — gusts up to 65 mph

5 Freeway corridor near Santa Clarita, Santa Barbara County Interior Mountains, Southern Ventura County Mountains and Northern Ventura County Mountains are the focus of a high wind watch released at 12:05 p.m. on Tuesday by the National Weather Service. The watch is valid from Wednesday 4 p.m. until Friday March 6, at 9 a.m.

According to the NWS Los Angeles/Oxnard CA, “North winds 30 to 45 mph with gusts up to 65 mph possible.”
