War in the Middle East: Israeli strikes hit Beirut, Lebanon

Lebanon's state-run National News Agency said Tuesday the Lebanese army was evacuating "advanced positions" along the Israeli border as Israel’s military said it was establishing a buffer zone in southern Lebanon.  The Israeli military is also continuing to carry out strikes in multiple areas across Lebanon.
