UPDATE: Israel authorises seizure of Lebanese territory

Israeli Defence Minister Yisrael Katz announced that he and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu have authorised the IDF "to advance and seize additional controlled territories in Lebanon in order to prevent firing on Israeli border communities."
