Oakland police ID man killed on couch inside phone repair store
OAKLAND — Police here have identified a man who was shot and killed inside of a cellphone repair store in what appeared to investigators to be a targeted shooting.
Jimmy Mullins, 26, was shot and killed around 6:45 p.m. on Feb. 11, while sitting on a couch inside the store, on the 9800 block of International Boulevard in Oakland, police said. No arrests have been announced.
Mullins’ killing appeared to have been a targeted act by someone who knew exactly where to find him, police said.
