Update – Man fatally shot at Chapman Cross Street identified

Police have confirmed that Neil Renville, 33, of Adventist Gap, Jackson, St. Michael, was fatally shot early Sunday morning.

The police operations control received a report at approximately 1:36 a.m. on March 1, 2026, of a male body lying at Chapman Cross Street, St. Michael.

Preliminary investigations indicate that Renville was at a nearby bar when he became involved in a verbal altercation with another individual. He left the bar shortly before gunshots were heard. Upon arrival...
