ED summons ex-Bengal minister Partha Chatterjee, aid in SSC case

Former West Bengal minister Partha Chatterjee and aide Arpita Mukherjee have been summoned by the Enforcement Directorate. This is in connection with the ongoing teachers' recruitment corruption case. Both had previously received bail in the matter. Chatterjee was arrested in July 2022. Arpita Mukherjee was arrested after cash was found at her residence. The CBI is also investigating the case.
