Time for India to 'learn to run' in semicon journey: Ashwini Vaishnaw

Vaishnaw laid out a roadmap for ISM 2.0 (India Semiconductor Mission) wherein he said that it would be the 'reverse' of ISM 1.0 and would focus on strengthening the design ecosystem, bringing the materials ecosystem to the forefront and further expanding the talent pool to address gaps in the industry.
