Govt hails Faizan Global Relief Foundation for Ramadan food support

Government has commended the Faizan Global Relief Foundation (FGRF) for supporting over 15,000 vulnerable families across the country with food assistance during the holy month of Ramadan.

Minister of Labour, Skills and Innovation, Joel Chigona, praised the organisation in Salima during a distribution exercise where 4,000 families received relief packs.

Chigona said the recent dry spell and erratic rains have left many households struggling with food shortages, making it difficult for them to fast comfortably.
