Shia LaBeouf Says He's 'Not Into' Returning to Rehab: 'I Don't Think I Have a Drinking Problem'

Shia LaBeouf is sharing his side of his arrest story.

In case you haven’t heard, the 39-year-old actor was arrested and charged with two counts of battery in New Orleans following a fight outside of a bar. He was in town for Mardi Gras.

A judge released Shia on $100,000 bail and ordered him to enroll in a substance abuse treatment program.
