Cypriots advised against all travel to eight more Middle East countries

The foreign ministry on Saturday announced that Cypriot citizens are advised against all travel to a further eight countries in the Middle East.

Cypriots are now advised to avoid all travel to the United Arab Emirates, Iraq, Israel, Qatar, Kuwait, Lebanon, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia.

Advisories against all travel to Iran and Gaza were already in place, while the advisory regarding the Palestinian territories was on Saturday revised to recommend against all travel to the West Bank.
