Kerala issues order to implement Assured Pension Scheme from April 1

Kerala government will implement the Assured Pension Scheme for its employees from April 1, 2026, replacing the National Pension System. New entrants can choose between the Assured Pension Scheme and the NPS, while existing NPS members will have the option to switch. The scheme guarantees a minimum pension of 50% of basic pay, with Dearness Relief added to the pension.
