Petroleum product sales climb 11.2 per cent in January

Total petroleum product sales in Cyprus reached 118,460 tonnes in January, representing an 11.2 per cent increase compared to the same month in the previous year, according to the Cyprus Statistical Service (Cystat).

A significant rise was observed in the provisions of marine gasoil, which skyrocketed by 175.3 per cent during this period.

The aviation kerosene sector also experienced growth, with a recorded increase of 23.2 per cent compared to January 2025.
