Residents slam Mumbai’s musical road playing ‘Jai Ho’ as ‘complete waste of taxpayers’ money’

A newly opened stretch of Mumbai’s Coastal Road plays a humming sound of the Oscar-winning song “Jai Ho” from the 2008 movie Slumdog Millionaire when cars drive along at the mandated speed.
