Huston-Tillotson turns to drone-delivered tiny homes as a student housing solution
Huston-Tillotson University is turning to creative housing solutions as Central Texas faces a growing affordability crisis — including drone-delivered tiny homes and a partnership with St. Edward’s University. Starting this fall, 15 students will live in Hover City’s “HoverHaus” units while the school works toward an 800-bed facility funded by a $150 million Moody Foundation grant.
