Counting of votes for Jharkhand civic polls underway

Vote counting is underway for Jharkhand's 48 urban local bodies, with results for ward councillors expected soon. Polling for mayors and chairpersons also took place on February 23, with over 63% voter turnout. Counting for most ULBs should conclude Friday night, though Dhanbad may extend to Saturday.
