Marin movie theater honors 2 cinema legends
The Lark Theater in Larkspur will pay tribute to two legends of American cinema in March.
Actor Robert Duvall, who died earlier this month, will be honored with screenings of three of his films. 1983’s “Tender Mercies,” which won Duvall the Academy Award for best actor for his performance as Mac Sledge, a country singer and recovering alcoholic, will be shown at 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Wednesday. 2003’s “Secondhand Lions,” the family-friendly film starring Duvall as an eccentric adventurer, will...
