India leads APEC for Marriott Intl signings with 99 deals, 12,000 rooms in 2025

Marriott International recorded its third consecutive year of record development signings in Asia Pacific excluding China in 2025. The company signed 187 deals, adding over 28,000 rooms. India led growth with 99 deals. Conversions and multi-unit agreements were key drivers. Luxury brands also saw strong expansion.
