KCC Live remains off-air and in breach

KCC Live has been found in breach of its community radio licence after remaining off air on FM since December 2024.

In Issue 540 of its Broadcast and On Demand Bulletin, Ofcom said MissionNeed Limited failed to provide the licensed service as required under Licence Condition 2(1).
