NITR team gets nod to manufacture tech to control severe bleeding

NIT Rourkela's StopBleed technology has received approval for commercial use. This innovation helps control severe bleeding from injuries like road accidents and gunshot wounds. The powder and pellet forms absorb blood plasma and accelerate clot formation. Developed by Professor Devendra Verma and Sabir Hussain, it aims to reduce preventable deaths in trauma care.
