HD Hyundai Heavy delivers first Rajah Sulayman OPV to Philippine Navy

South Korean shipbuilder HD Hyundai Heavy Industries has delivered the lead offshore patrol vessel (OPV) BRP Rajah Sulayman to the Philippine Navy ahead of schedule.
