Urgent recall for more children’s toys because they contain asbestos

More children’s toys have been urgently recalled over fears they contain asbestos.

Parents have been urged to chuck away a popular kid’s sand kit due to the risk of contamination.

Batches of the Kids Create Sand Art Kits ‘may be contaminated with a small quantity of asbestos’, the Office for Product Safety & Standards (OPSS) said.

The recall comes after Asda recalled its Stretcherz ‘Stretch’ and ‘Slammers’ figures over asbestos concerns.
